Our Privacy Policy covers the Estate Lynx mobile application and the website estatelynx.ca.

• Name, professional email, optional phone number, brokerage affiliation
• Licence/registration identifiers (e.g., RECO number)
• Brokerage email verification and logs

3.2 Profile & Professional Details

Includes city/region, specialties, preferences, and other optional profile fields.

3.3 Listings & User Content

Information you post about properties, including PDFs, photos, and messages with other agents.

3.4 Communications & Marketing Preferences

Includes records of consent to receive messages, unsubscribe actions, and CASL compliance logs.

3.5 Usage & Technical Data

Includes app activity (features used, clicks, time stamps), audit logs (logins, moderation events).

3.6 Support

Information you submit through support, reports, or surveys and any related follow-up communication.

3.7 Device Permissions

With your permission, the app may access your photos/media/files to support uploads. You can deny access, but some features may not work properly.

Data is stored on Microsoft Azure servers located in Canada and the U.S. By using our services, you consent to this storage and processing.

7.2 Security

Estate Lynx uses reasonable safeguards including technical, physical, and administrative measures to protect your data. Access is limited to authorized personnel.

8. Retention

We retain data as long as needed for the purposes stated or to comply with legal requirements:

• Account data: account lifetime + 2 years
• Messages: 24 months unless deleted earlier
• Audit logs: 24 months (longer if legally required)
• Support tickets: 24 months after closure

Data will be deleted or anonymized after retention ends. Let us know if your brokerage needs different timelines.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Request corrections
• Withdraw consent and opt out of marketing
• Challenge our compliance with this Policy
